I was commissioned by ABG Digital Lab, the e-learning platform of Volksbanken & Raiffeisenbanken a cooperative bank in Germany, to create a complete package of educational video content. The project covered a broad range of digital finance topics — from online shopping and cybersecurity to emerging fintech trends. In addition to the six explainers, I designed video inserts for expert interviews.
All of that were woven together into an interactive learning journey.
To enhance engagement, the team introduced Dila, a robotic companion designed to guide learners through the course and make complex content more accessible.

Process
At the beginning I transformed all complex informations about digital banking into clear, engaging and easy to follow learning units. I created storyboards for every topic and developed the entire design concept. Because I was able to collaborate closely with the team from an early stage — I had the opportunity to shape the content in a more personalized and learner focused way.
Challenging — but incredibly satisfying
